Every December, the Coachella Valley lights up. But this year, Agua Caliente Casino Cathedral City isn’t just flipping the switch, it’s going all out.. In honor of three decades of entertainment across Greater Palm Springs, the casino is transforming its Agave Caliente Tequila Bar into a month-long holiday takeover called Agave Caliente Jingle & Mingle, running December 1–31, 2025.

A Desert Holiday Wonderland, Turned Up to Eleven

The team behind Agua Caliente Cathedral City has never been shy about ambitious ideas. They’ve hosted roller-skating rinks, open-air concerts, yoga on the terraza.

“This holiday season, we’re turning it all the way up,” says Pearl Aguinaldo, Vice President of Marketing for Agua Caliente Casinos. And she means it. The Agave Caliente Tequila Bar will be completely reimagined, from ceilings dripping with ornaments to corners designed for festive selfies and group photos.

Adults 21+ can drop in any night of the month and walk straight into the kind of holiday spectacle most cities reserve for a single weekend. It's entirely free, and entirely designed for mingling, the kind of place where you start the evening with friends and end it with a few dozen more.

A special Naughty or Nice drink menu brings the season’s best flavors into the bar glass. Expect outrageous star-powered bartenders every Saturday, DJs keeping the beats festive and bright, and more surprises sprinkled throughout the month. Whether you’re warming up your Friday night or winding down your Sunday afternoon, the soundtrack, lighting, and energy shift to match.

A Nightly Lineup Built for Every Kind of Holiday Spirit

Agua Caliente has structured Jingle & Mingle like a festival that never sleeps. Highlights include:

• Mondays – Local radio stations bring the cheer with music, giveaways, and easy-start-the-week vibes. 5–7 PM

• Tuesdays: Salsa Night – A Latin-flavored holiday spin with dancing and live rhythms. 6–10 PM

• Wednesdays: Deven & Ned’s Hot Spot Holiday Bingo – Ugly sweaters, festive photo contests, sing-alongs, and pure holiday chaos. 7–8:30 PM

• Thursdays: Caliente Country Christmas – A country night hosted by The BULL 98.5 with holiday line dancing. 6–10 PM

• Fridays – Radio remotes kick things off, DJs keep the night alive until 1:30 AM.

• Saturdays – Star bartenders, signature cocktails, and top-tier DJs.
