šŸ  Suzanne Somers’ Legendary Palm Springs Estate Returns to the Market

Keller Williams Luxury Homes

Suzanne Somers' legendary Palm Springs estate is back on the market for $9.35 million. Set on 28 private acres above the Mesa neighborhood, the hillside compound features seven bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, guest villas, gardens, terraces, and sweeping views across the Coachella Valley.

Originally established in the 1920s, the property became one of the desert's most famous celebrity homes, known for its private funicular, hidden wine vault, outdoor amphitheater, and the iconic Rock House. Part luxury retreat, part architectural landmark, it remains one of Palm Springs' most distinctive estates.

😘 Inside XOXO Palm Springs, the City’s Bold New Arts Festival

Palm Springs is launching a bold new arts and culture festival this summer and organizers hope it’s just the beginning.

XOXO Palm Springs will bring more than 100 events to the city over 12 days in June, including live music, gallery shows, theater, film, pop-up art installations, and conversations about technology and AI. Old Ranch Inn has availability, book direct at oldranchinn.com.

In the latest episode of Desert Dispatch, Jason Ball sits down with Palm Springs City Council Member Jeffrey Bernstein to talk about the vision behind the festival and why Palm Springs may be ready for its own South by Southwest-style moment.

šŸŒ“ā˜€ļø How to Stay Cool in the Desert: Three Days in Palm Springs This Summer

Palm Springs in the summer is something to understand and plan for. šŸŒ“ā˜€ļø In this month’s Desert Dispatch, we mapped out the perfect three-day escape (for tourists or locals) through canyon hikes, cool mountain air, shaded patios, vintage treasures, and air-conditioned desert glamour all timed around the rhythm of the heat.

We recommend using Old Ranch Inn as your base steps from downtown and parking free.

šŸ” Landmark Albert Frey Home, Restored, Hits the Market

BBS Brokers Realty

One of the homes that helped define Palm Springs modernism has been painstakingly restored and returned to the market.

The Guthrie House at 688 E. Mel Avenue, Albert Frey’s first residential design in Palm Springs, was recently listed for $2.4 million. Architecture historians consider the 1935 home one of the earliest expressions of the desert modernism.

A new Forbes feature follows the extensive restoration that brought it back to its modernist roots.Ā  Last we checked, the house is in escrow.
